Strange laws and how about Birthday Resolutions?...

Out of the blue, it seems, it`s my birthday. Again! How come they keep speeding up like that?
Is there some law of the universe we haven't discovered yet?
eg. Age + birth day divided by your number of kids (if not kids then electronic gadgets) = the age you were immortal!?
..Find that number, order an appointment at a past life regression therapist, go back, program your brain NEVER to be as studid as you have become today!...

Anyway, this morning was an especially meaningful morning "appreciation session" - where I think about and write down the things I really appreciate in my life. I will try to let that last all day today...i.e. before I know it it will be over.

This got me thinking.

I believe birthdays can be even more powerful and motivational milestones in life than "New Year`s resolutions".
New Year`s Eve is a night that is suddenly is over, and oyu wake up thinking THIS year, I won`t do that again or this is it, clean sheets from now on!

Birthdays are so much more a personal snapshot in time than New Year`s Eve, and I for one, certainly think about where I am in life, what has happened this past year etc. So instead of having resolutions at the end of the year, I am going to go with my "birth day" as the strongest one to make a change.

During the course of today I am going to decide on ONE THING I will change or improve for the next year. This is what I call the "One Change Only" (OCHO!) principle.

I encourage you to consider this, and watch this space as I decide on my change before midnight GMT+1.

Inspired and appreciative regards,

Morten Revill
